Chingu AI is a pre-seed product designed and built end-to-end by one AI/ML engineer. AI MSc at Korea University under IEEE Fellow supervision; published research in IJCNN and Neural Networks; advisor to several Korean tourism ministries — the Korean policy environment is something I work in, not something I'm guessing at. The voice pipeline (ASR · LLM · TTS), welfare dashboard, family app, senior app, infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Chuncheon), and PIPA compliance posture — every line of code is mine to defend. There are no paid pilots yet. No certification stamps yet. No revenue yet. What there is: Korean voice, elderly speech patterns, PIPA Art.23 biometric handling, AI Basic Act Art.31 disclosure — implemented in code shaped for this market and procurement-ready by design.
